On this system, it seems that reboot could fix it temporarily. And it always
not working with cold boot.

The Atheros Bluetooth [0fc3:e005] on this system will stop working after
hibernated for about 15 times, it 100% reproducible.
Step:
1. Install 14.04.2 + update (3.16.0-39)
2. hibernate it with fwts, command:
sudo fwts -P s3 --s4-multi
Sadly I too am looking for some guidance on getting this modified driver
to compile in 15.04, though the list of errors has grown substantially.
Trying to install the raring toshiba-acpi-fix from @keks9n's PPA results
in some pretty scary messages:
