I also tried the trans mmc which could reproduce this bug on CID 201401-14493,
on another 14.04.1 system.
This mmc could be read and written data normally.

I am using the current beta of Ubuntu 15.04 with 3.19.0-14-generic and wifi is

lpfc driver needs to be updated.

Problem persists even with upstart or without quiet and splash. Booting with
systemd.debug-shell also didn't help to much. After a couple of times problem
takes place even when booting a Ubuntu 15.04 live usb. To make sure my laptop
is ok I did try to boot with the same usb a Ubuntu 14.10 image,
When I executed it for the other bug, it said:

This is the latest BIOS for Linux from the HP support site. Somehow, there is a
newer BIOS for Win8.1 64bit. Why is BIOS version dependent on the OS? I think
HP didn't care Linux users. I am going to install the newest BIOS (F.61,
22/01/2015) on Win7.
