Linux 3.18RC7. Now this problem still appears sometimes. Rebooting the
system usually helps. But on what it depends which causing virbr0
interface to disappear I don't know.

@Tim Passingham, as I understood from Alan Stern in earlier posts, most modern
computers emulate USB2 through USB3 root hub, so basically USB3 XHCI driver is
used for all connected devices, and async usb audio support in XHCI driver is
somewhat flawed.

I'm testing the "3.18.0-031800rc7-generic" kernel.
No issues for now. I'll mark the bug fixed in a day or two, once i'll
test it more accurately
