After some days of using Utopic on my L440, I'm able to use wifi even for
longer duration (~3 hours). The connection was okay-ish mostly (ping showed
~25% packet loss). Later, it failed to do a 'git push', that's when I switched
to wired connection. :)
But I reckon that it has come a long way..

I had the touchpad working with psmouse.proto=bare previously. If I add
i8042.noloop=1 psmouse.proto=bare then it works as a ps2 mouse while
registering as the focaltech device. :
dmesg is attached, snipped to the first few occurences of Failed to
enable mouse.

Hi, could you provide the exact command used to launch qemu to produce this
error? If using libvirt, you can find this in /var/log/libvirt/qemu/.log
if using virsh for example.
