This is a regression from kernel 3.12 and 3.13 onwards (i can't
reproduce the 'failed to get NCQ Send/Recv Log Emask 0x1' in kernel
3.11 on samsung 840 ssd). I think those ncq changes upstream make some
spotty ssd's firmware's go nuts, like samsung (which for example has ncq
disabled for their macb
