You shouldn't have to, it all compiled properly for me.

Do you have AvogadroLibsConfig.cmake somewhere ? Check what files the
avogadro build (if you built it with kdesrc-build, check the install.log,
if you installed from your package manager, check the package's files with
dpkg-query or yum or whatnot). Once you know where it installed the
