Are you talking about components? I don't know if this answer your
question, but in KDE currently is available a set of components called kde
components [ยน] which actually are using QtQuick 1.1 and not 2.0.
If you want to experiment with that stuff you usually find them under
kdeclara

Well "Qt Widgets for QtQuick" [1]

I guess at some point there will be a set of standard widgets for qml2 which
will be used in KDE. I am thinking of stuff like buttons, line edits, etc.
