I am sure Anne-Marie doesn't mind that an active new contributor is taking
care of KAppTemplate.
I remember her writing to kde-edu about having fewer time for KDE in the
forseeable future and handing over other responsibilities to capable people
there as well.

At the moment I am porting the KAppTemplate application to KF5 and I
wanted to ask, if it is possible to take over maintainership from
Anne-Marie Mahfouf, which is more or less inactive as far as I know.
