dedicated site for developer documentation.
Ideally, we'd be able to generate a "book" gathered from different
documentation sources but that is too far in the future for now.
I hope we can get more technical writers onboard, especially those who
helped write the cookbook.

We currently don't but we should. Copying and pasting code from web pages
is really inefficient for running the samples.

All that's left is really just to clarify that decision and update the docs

ing over them a few weeks ago, there are still some things that
seem to be
stuck in transition. Whether that means the split wikis strategy was a
problem, I'd like
to hear from those who do the work.
But, yes, whether we stick to two wikis or one, it has to be something that
we'll stick to
for years to come. Which is also why we need to have a sustainable strategy
as well.
Again, thank you for spending the time in replying with your perspective.

just pull the code automatically from git
and embed it directly
into a wiki page so that we can still have the code live git but have
formatted text, longer
explanations, and possibly discussions on the wiki. Hopefully, the www

I feared. Hopefully we can create a suitable theme if we have to
stick with using Sphinx in the foreseeable future. Or at least switch to the
built-in bizstyle that is at least visually closer to our apidocs in the
meantime.
Thanks!

the first tutorial seems to have translation markers anyway.
Hopefully, those tutorials could still be of help. I'm not sure if I'll dip my

take it as a chance to learn though. :)
