KLook: are GPLv3 libraries acceptable for KDE?

Hi all, over the last months I have been reviving KLook & making it work well enough for myself. Currently it is implemented as a Qt Quick app licensed as GPLv3, though my plan is to convert it into a library so that apps can embed file previews. Having KLook as a separate app means I cannot pr
