Are you talking about components? I don't know if this answer your
question, but in KDE currently is available a set of components called kde
components [¹] which actually are using QtQuick 1.1 and not 2.0.
If you want to experiment with that stuff you usually find them under

KDE still hasn't be accepted in Google Summer of Code this year. However
here are some useful information:
GSoC 2013 has only just been announced and we are currently creating
the list of ideas for GSoC which will be available as soon as KDE is
accepted as a participating project.
