Currently, #kde-devel is not set up with an IRC bridge to Telegram,
meaning users cannot access it from Telegram.
Plugging it into our current bridge infrastructure would have the
following benefits:
- Telegram-only users (yes, those exist because neither IRC nor Matrix
are suitable for their need
Ello y'all. Considering that Breeze GTK's maintainer stepped down and I've
been doing a fair amount of work related to it (yay colorschemes for GTK3),
ngraham suggested that I should take over maintainership, and that's a pretty
good idea.
So I'll be doing that idea (taking over maintainership).
No, I cannot reproduce the CPU usage you report. It idles around 3%
for me and often dips to 2%.
