jp.kde.org is already replaced with Jekyll and it no longer depend on
Capacity.

we've been phasing this out and given that Hugo especially is now well
established a
14th January 2023. KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 5.102.0.
KDE Frameworks are 83 addon libraries to Qt which provide a wide
variety of commonly needed functionality in mature, peer reviewed and well
