The majority are probably trivial works that nobody can really claim
copyright on and to that end cannot extend a license either.

As you may have been aware, over the past 24 hours we've had a number
of issues with the processing of our hooks on our Gitlab instance at
invent.kde.org as a result of the upgrade to Gitlab 13.1.
These have now all been resolved.
