Providing more details into how this could be included in Plasma would

I'm a student of Computer Science at Politecnico of Turin, I am making a
gesture recognition (for touchpad) software that gets events through
"evdev" and is able to correctly recognize following gestures:
- 2 Fingers pinch in and out
- 3 fingers swipe and pinch
- 4 fingers swipe and p
