As you know KTorrent does not have an active maintainer but there are still
work going on.
I'll release 5.1 RC in a week (next Monday or very soon afterwards). It has
significantly more
complete KF5 port than 5.0 had (Everything ported except for webinterface
plugin and plasmoid).
