I've recently joined kde and please spare me for my basic question.
To start with I want to contribute to kde-devel in apps (games and
graphics) using Qt tool.Should i need to build the complete kde sc from the
scratch or just installing of Qt would do?

service menus and the text in those is 90% of the time is only one or two
words which is perfectly fine to be machine translated with very good
accuracy,
