Specifically I'm talking about the qtlogging rules that are currently
enabling everything and the kitchen sink. To my mind we should just
use the default

I came to my attention that there is a merge request to move the incubator and
kde review checklist to develop.kde.org.
As it contains some additional changes instead of a simple move, I think it
would make sense to ask for additional reviews on this mailing list.
