Moving KScreenGenie out of Review and replacing KSnapshot

Hi, Now that Applications 15.08 is out of the door, can I begin the process of renaming KScreenGenie to KSnapshot, moving it to KDE Graphics and replacing the current KSnapshot? Also, how would such a move be done? Yours, Boudhayan Gupta
