The problem is:
1) i'm web coder and i'm not good at c++.

Yep, it must be a cool thing, but i don't think that it is a good idea.
1) All this p2p stuff has a listening port. (requires configuration, upnp
and so on)
2) Some protocols requires pre-configuration. For ei dc++ requires hub and
unique nickname.

While building kdelibs using kdesrc-build I am encountering
"undefined reference to `UdevQt::..."
Even after installing udev from the default ubuntu repositories I get the
same error.
How to resolve it?
