In order to allow for some restructuring, there will be downtime of
KDE Bugzilla (bugs.kde.org) and KDE Identity (identity.kde.org).
Both the Identity frontend and backend will be unavailable, so please
login to any Identity authentication provided site before the downtime
begins.

Do we want to keep it this way or do we want to eventually raise it for them
to depend on 4.9 or 4.8.80 or something like that?
Personally i think it's a good idea to keep it that way,
