Although Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64 #1031 has fixed this the Transcode Clips
dialog now pops up and transcoding, on top of the proxy generation, takes hours
and hours.

The problem is the proxy has taken it upon itself to rotate etc.

Hi, it happens in both normal and fullscreen and I wouldn't say when it
reaches the last frame but at the 10 second mark (frame 300 if fps is 30).
