Yes, perhaps I was not descriptive enough.
Currently there are two ways to apply tag in digikam; one is to click Tag Apply
button on the bottom of the screen, or press Enter. Those two behave a bit
differently, pressing

That makes sense. I still think it would be great to have choices to select
transparency though. The checkerboard technically works, but not as
aesthetically pleasing.
