I changed my "Screen Locking" timeout to 1 minute to observer what happens.
The screen locks after 1 minute, then a short time later, the monitor turns

"Interestingly" this has stopped being an issue for me, but I swapped from
using HDMI output directly to a USB-C dock (Dell WD19).
