Thank you, removing the "State" line has helped.
This window can be accidentally closed:
1. click on the upper right corner - the standalone "& Function" window
will appear

Yes, GNOME environment doesn't like KDE applications.

I agree with Luigi.
But, I think you can apply all into KDE4 (for the web) and KF5 (awaiting
