The application icons are currently Oxygen and that's wrong – neither fitting
style guidelines of any Win version since Win8 nor being the "currently

According to this list the 1920x1080 resolution does support 60Hz. So I'm not
sure why it's a problem.
The recommended mode (indicated by the +) is for some reason 1600x900 60Hz.
