PS: Yes, the sound has been fixed in 5.5.0 (big thanks for that) but I'm
wondering whether that build has some debug enabled, because reading the

Yes you are absolutely right, the csd option is there in openconnect.

User name and password are supposed to be passed later once you try to activate
your connection. Once you do that a dialog appears requesting your user name,
password etc. based on openconnect server response.
