prolem solved using pdfchain, no any configuration needed, just using default
configuration from pdfchain, save as it somewhere, and I can add the
annotation, okular works well for this pdf output from pdfchain

There's also the issue of auto-hide on loss of focus not working, though I
haven't seen anyone else that has been able to reproduce this as of now.
Downgrading to Yakuake 2.9.9 fixes the issue.
