umbrello5 is from home:wolfi323 repository. As I said, this is an inofficial
(private) repository, which uses a non-standard prefix "as a feature".
The official package name for openSUSE is umbrello.

option(BUILD_KF5 "Build for KDE Frameworks 5" OFF)
but it was changed for the 17.08 branch.

For the record: Looking at opensuse Leap 41.2 repos shows that official KF5
packages are installed in /usr prefix.
