Since you mentioned that "It always happens at the same point" - I'm pretty
confident that this bug happens even without loaded subtitle (as it's likely
audio related)

When I made the report, the log file was left on the screen for a long time

Please confirm that crash is gone in 0.8.1 or latest git version.
