Your installation seems to have an issue. No icon are found even common ones
like dialog-close or edit-delete.
Could you check if you have icons in other KDE applications like kate, krita,
ktorrent, ... ?

As always, you are correct. Icons have not been carried over in the deb
installation. Perhaps you can advise how to?

Hi,
When you launch Skrooge from a terminal, do you have the some traces like
"WARNING: Icon [XXX] not found" ?
If yes, could you paste here these traces?
