I've installed it and it finally solved the problem!.
Now config file are created if I use "do not show" checkbox, there is 2 lines
in it:

Also I did noticed some strange behaviour - when I moved config and started
rsibreak, used "do not show" checkbox and exited - config file was not created.

This is *very* strange, I am running Ubuntu 16.04LTS too and it works fine.
