How strange. I cannot reproduce it with current git master. Can you reproduce
the issue in a new clean user account, with the only customization being that
Kickoff has been replaced with Kicker?

`journalctl -f` shows nothing when a menu item is in the "ignore clicks" state.
to make a menu item clickable again, i have to remove it from favorites, then
add it to favorites again.
so this affects only some menu
