yes, is difficult in this kind of cases.
It leave the ticket open in case someone else has the same problem.
If there is not changes in the ticket for some time.
It will be closed automatically.

you are unlikely to reproduce this crash as it appeared to be random. I can't
provide any more info on top of the ful gdb stacktrace which hopefully will be
useful.
