In the last upgrades this problem is not visible, but earlier after upgrading
some 3rd apps (like Copyq) notification indicator

Just wanted to add that it happens only on 3rd party apps. KDE icons like
network, volume control etc. are displaying correctly

Well, I noticed that it happens every time after I upgrade distro (and plasma
with it) and it fixes itself after few reboots.
