Yeah, sliders and 0-100 values in some config for panel, pop-ups, notification,
plasmoids should be a really great experience improvement, as long as they use
same "curve" as all rest of opacity settings!

If we do that, I think we'll need to put some polish into Plasma Theme Explorer
