Yup, still same problem after all latest updates from KDE Neon. On the last
update, Plasma decided to replace one background on one of my monitor to the
default bright rainbow one, and now I am stuck with a wallpaper

I updated all packages and installed the package "plasma-workspace-wallpapers"
and "kdewallpapers".

All neon packages were rebuilt due to a security issue, see
