It is some weeks ago, but when I used it, it happend all the time, until
I found the mentioned workaround.

Interesting I can not reproduce.
Does the crash happen for you all the time or only sometimes?
Which of the fields in particular are you editing when pressing save makes it
crash? Or does not matter?

Additional information. Apparently the crash only happens when the form is
still in edit mode, when I press save. If I have "closed" editing and save,
Okular does not crash.
