As far as i know poppler doesn't get updated in KDE Neon, but i'm not really a
KDE Neon person so you should ask them about it.

I installed okular as a flatpak and the problem doesn't exit. Thanks for
clearing this up, I guess I'll wait for neon updates. (poppler will be updated
right? or does it have to do with ubuntu versions?)
