thanks, it's worked :) It were much locales on systemsettings and part of them
was writed with russian letters(I didn't notice it at first). So it takes time
to find ru_RU there... But now everything is working.

systemsettings ("Regional Settings" -> "Formats")?

Did you set the locale through the systemsettings or when you installed Debian?
Please make sure that the locale exists (dpkg-reconfigure locales).
