I already could handle this faulty behaviour by using apt-get update and
upgrade in the terminal.

Today again muon updater did not load the notified updates. So the problem
still remains.

Today muon updater ran through with a two program updates. But I'm not sure if
the problem really is solved as it didn't run for 6 days now which is not quite
common regarding my update history.
