BATCH_RENDERING relies on symbolId for generating a hash but when setting the
icon with setIcon(QImage) the symbolId is set to empty string which leads to
same hash for all icons

Disabling BATCH_RENDERING in PlacemarkLayer.cpp fixes the problem
