Updated it and tested with a couple of reboots. System tray widget stays and
also previously added system tray widgets reappeared. looks good so far. Will
update if anything pops up. Thank you so much!

send me also your layout file to check it out... the systray invisibility issue
might be Plasma 5.19.3 issue, to be fixed with 5.19.4

Tried adding widgets separately such as volume control, networks,bluetooth,etc
instead of adding the systray widget, those widgets are retained if i reboot.

Just submited a new screenshot (editpanel), something peculiar after rebooting.

1. Right click dock -> Layouts -> Manager Layouts. take a screenshot that
window and upload it here
2. the widgets you are mentioning, are not widgets, this is the systray widget,
