Close Latte:
Right click Dock -> Layouts -> Configure... -> File -> Quit
OR
with shortcuts:
1. Meta + W
2. Ctrl + Q

I would like to have an easy option to either disable it or remove the dock
altogether. On all other Plasma panels there is an option to remove the panel,
