This bug doesn't happen on my work laptop, I figure my main laptop's Plasma
installation is just bugged out for some reason. This bug can be closed, I'll
reopen it if the bug occurs again. It might be caused by the AMD GP

It is a regression, suspend wake-up worked fine in Plasma 5.25
