Also, what might complicate reproducing this, is if I press ALT+TAB repeatedly,
nothing happens that is wrong, if however, over the course of a session I
switch windows, at random, after about 10

I have also checked the stability of the hardware, all seems perfectly fine.
system ram, videocard, and cpu are all stable, and this doesn't happen unless I
am switching windows.
