Reverting the lib name change in libepoxy and rebuilding the package fixed the
issue on reboot.

That's KaOS up-to-date, arguing the cutting edge approach of the distribution,
should be a very recent if not latest version of libepoxy.

Note that glxinfo and glxgears report correct vendor/version gl strings and
everything using opengl is accelerated correctly, but kwin
