Thanks, the effect works after I press the global shortcut.
But it does not work when I ~click~ using my touchscreen.
Is this behavior expected?

did you press the global keyboard shortcut to activate the effect? It is not
sufficient to only enable it.

How are you trying to use the effect? What has present windows to do with it?
Is the effect not working in general or only not working in present windows?
