command "unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME dolphin") and it semi-resolved dolphin as

kwin (titlebar) & plasmashell (desktop/launcher) look fine (dark breeze), only
the gui style looks weird (gtk+ imitation of breeze?)
