Seems to work fine in 3.4.3.
I started KStars and then EKOS. I attached my arduino-based Moonlite-command
set focuser, my arduino-based SQM and each of my ASI cameras and filter wheel
with no issues.

my workaround for this (which started to happen after the last update) is to
select the simulator, connect then disconnect and select my profile.
